Chicken Veggie Casserole

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 can mixed veggies, drained
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken breast in water until done. Cool and shred into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. Mix soups, veggies, salt , pepper and 1/2 of bread crumbs. Mix well. Add chicken. Mix well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs & parsley on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until well heated. Serves 6.
