  • 5 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1 C White Sugar
  • 1 C Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Soy Sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Mix both sugars and garlic in large bowl
  3. Add soy sauce until the mixture becomes like syrup
  4. Place chicken in a baking pan and pour mixture over chicken
  5. Cover and bake for 45 mins.
  6. Flip the chicken and cook for 30 mins
  7. Remove foil and turn oven to 475 and bake for 20 mins loonger
  8. Remove chicken and serve hot
  9. Reserve sauce from pan for dipping
  10. Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing if desired
