Chicken on the Run

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2½ cups water
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • salt
  • pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  2. Cut uncooked chicken into pieces and place on top of mixture.
  3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 14 minutes at 350°F, stirring occasionally.
