Chicken stirfry with noodle cake
  • Preparation Time: 25 min
  • 1 1/2 lb cooked ckicken cut up
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 pkg mushrooms chopped
  • 2 whole carrots shaved
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup marsala wine(not the kind bought in grocery store)
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 c sherry
  • 1 Tbsp ginger
  • 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp szechuan sauce
  • 1pkg stir fry noodles or 12 oz pkg thin spaghetti
  • 3Tbsp oil
  1. Boil water for noodles.Cook noodles as directed on package.Add oil to large
  2. pan and cook onions,carrots,mushrooms,and garlic for 5 min.When noodles are done ,drain noodles.In a seperate 12 inch skillet add 1 tsp oil and add noodles.cook until brown on one side then flip to other side.Let sit covered until ready to use.After veggies are cooked deglaze pan with marsala wine and sherry.Add rest of ingred.To serve cut a piece of noodle cake and add chicken mixture over it.
