Chicken with Soy Ginger Marinade
  • Chicken pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons water
  1. Pierce chicken pieces thoroughly.
  2. Place all ingredients in gallon zip lock bag so that it can be turned periodically, and then you can just toss the bag! Marinate overnight. (We like to marinade for a long time to make things more flavorful.)
