Chicken "Taste of Thai" Stir Fry
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, cut up
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 7 oz rice noodles, prepared as directed
  • Sauce:
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 c. Garlic chili pepper sauce (from "A Taste of Thai")
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 t. curry
  1. Heat oil in wok or saute pan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook through. Add stir fry vegetables and cook until done. Drain out any excess water/oil, then add sauce mixture and cook 1-2 minutes. Toss with rice noodles.
I throw together stir frys often with stuff I've got around the house, but this one turned out better than any I've made
