Chickpea Flour
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
  • dried chickpeas
DIRECTIONS
  1. Make sure the vitamix is dry.
  2. Grind chickpeas to a fine powder in the vitamix. It's okay if there are a few rogue larger pieces, as those will be taken care of with the sifter.
  3. Transfer the chickpea flour to a sieve and sift out any larger pieces.
  4. Return remaining large pieces of chickpea to the blender, and blend them down to a powder, repeating the sifting until all large pieces are gone.
  5. Use directly, or store in an airtight container, preferably in the freezer.
