Chili Dip
  • 1 8 oz. pk. cream cheese (at room temp. so it's easy to spread)
  • 1 can chili without beans
  • shredded cheese (enough to cover the top)
  1. Spread cream cheese in a pie plate.
  2. Pour chili over and spread to cover cream cheese.
  3. Cover with shredded cheese (sharp or mild)
  4. Stick in microwave until cheese starts to melt.
  5. Serve with fritos or tortilla chips.
  6. p.s. I have doubled this and fixed in a 9x13 casserole dish and put in the oven on about 350 til cheese has melted.
  7. I think green onions chopped and put on top would be good too, or maybe some chopped black olives.
