Chili Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 oz. pk. cream cheese (at room temp. so it's easy to spread)
- 1 can chili without beans
- shredded cheese (enough to cover the top)
DIRECTIONS
- Spread cream cheese in a pie plate.
- Pour chili over and spread to cover cream cheese.
- Cover with shredded cheese (sharp or mild)
- Stick in microwave until cheese starts to melt.
- Serve with fritos or tortilla chips.
- p.s. I have doubled this and fixed in a 9x13 casserole dish and put in the oven on about 350 til cheese has melted.
- I think green onions chopped and put on top would be good too, or maybe some chopped black olives.
