Chili Egg Puff
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 35
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 pound grated jack cheese
- 8 ounces drained, diced green chilies
DIRECTIONS
- Beat 10 eggs until light.
- Add:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 pound grated jack cheese
- 8 ounces drained, diced green chilies
- Place in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Serve immediately with pico de gallo or salsa of your choice.
