  • 8 oz Chili Lime Shredded Chicken
  • 3 Corn Tortillas
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • 4oz Fire-Roasted Salsa
  1. 1. In a small amount of cooking oil on a flat top cooking surface cook the shredded chili lime chicken on low
  2. 2. Cook 3 corn tortillas no longer than 20 seconds until crisp on the outside and pliable
  3. 3. Plate the 3 soft fried corn tortillas on the plate add cilantro and onion to tacos then add shredded chicken
  4. 4. Top with fire-roasted salsa
This is a great way to use leftover chicken when you buy too much for it and it cap make a meal to wow everyone is small bites.
