Chili Mac

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 med. Onion
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 can tomatoes, cut up (14 1/4 oz.)
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 T. Chili Powder
  • 8 oz. Uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (15 1/4 oz.) kidney beans
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown meat, onion, garlic and salt in 3 quart saucepan. Add tomato’s,
  2. water, tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and
  3. simmer 10 minutes. Stir in uncooked macaroni and kidney beans. Bring to a
  4. boil, reduce heat to med. Simmer 9-10 min.
