Chili-cheesy Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 2 (15oz) cans chili with no beans
- 2 Small cans diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 1/2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 pkgs. taco seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Brown ground beef, drain off excess grease.
- Follow taco seasoning recipe.
- Mix all ingredients in crock pot.
- When cheese melts, serve with tortilla chips.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
If you want something really good that the kids will love, along with the adults, try this. For a little kick use Rotel with chile's. Maybe not so good for kids though.
I have been making this recipe for years. Everywhere I go, people ask me to bring this. Its easy to take places, because it is cooked in a crockpot. I'll add a photo next time I make it.
