Chili-rubbed Salmon

- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon filet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, combine the spices. Pat spice mix on the fish. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes per side.
