  • 1 1/2 beef
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 large choped green pepper
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 tea salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tea sugar
  • 2-3 tea chili powder
  • 1 large can kidney beans
  • 1 small can mushroom(optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown and cook beef until redness leaves. Also onion and green pepper-drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, & chili powder. let this mixture simmer, covered. For 1 hour. Then add kidney beans and mushrooms. Let the chili simmer five mroe mins and serve
