Chili
INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp salt and pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1tsp garlic salt
DIRECTIONS
- Sauté onions over medium heat in a touch of oil.
- Add ground beef and garlic and brown well.
- Add salt and pepper while beef is cooking.
- Add canned tomatoes, beans and seasonings.
- Mix well, cover and cook for 1 hour over medium low heat.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
