I found this recipe on the blog "28cooks", served it as a starter for lunch on Christmas day and it is SUPERB. I used four fresh nectarines, peeled, and added a pinch of Maldon salt. "Forget not the pepper!" - it adds a perfect flavour accent to this soup. The blog is great and worth visiting.
