Chinese Crock Pot Chicken
INGREDIENTS

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Garlic salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put all ingredients in a crock pot, mix and cover with lid.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 1/2 hours.
  3. Serve over rice.
