Chinese Rice Porridge

- 2 Chicken bouillon cubes and 2 cups water
- 2 Teaspoons browned onion
- 1/4 Teaspoon cilantro
- 1 Inch diced ginger
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- A pinch of rice noodles for garnish
- Sprig of cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Cook all ingredients over low heat for 15 minutes. Top with rice noodles and cilantro.
