Chinese Sesame Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • Garnishes: sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds, if desired
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small bowl, mix first 6 ingredients together. Use sauce with Fish Fillets and Mushrooms and garnish as desired.
