Chinese cure all chicken soup

  • 2 cups organic chicken broth
  • 4 1/2" slices ginger
  • 1 cup leftover short grain rice (brown or white)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • soy sauce to taste
  1. in saucepan, put broth, ginger pieces, and rice bring to boil and then lower to simmer and cover for 15 minutes.
  2. Add in beaten egg, stirring as you add it.
