Chipolte Green Bean Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 c cold cooked green beans
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 c dairy sour cream
  • chipolte hot sauce
  • salt and pepper; to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut green beans into one inch pieces.
  2. Place in a bowl and add onion.
  3. Blend remaining ingredients, pour over beans and toss lightly.
