Chipolte Steak Kabobs
  • Round steak
  • Bell Peppers, one each of orange, yellow, red, green, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 Onion half, cut in half, then cut into 4 sections
  • 1 pk small whole mushroom, cleaned
  • 1 bottle Baja Chipolte marinade
  1. Marinate steak in marnate for 30 minutes in frig. I have a hand held meat tenderizer that I used so that the meat could soak up the marinate. Soak wooden skires in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Alternate mushrooms, onion, peppers and steak cut into 1 inch pieces on skires. Place back in marinate and keep in frig until you are ready to grill. Grill til done.
