Chipped Beef Cheese Ball
  • 1 small jar dried beef
  • 1 8oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 3 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  1. Chip up the beef and mix into softened cream cheese, add onions and garlic and mix well.
  2. Using Saran wrap (or similar) form mixture into a ball and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Sit out approx. 15 minutes before serving with your favorite crackers.
