Chipped-Beef Chicken Party Dish
  • Cooking Time: 3 hours on high in Crock Pot, 6 hours on low, or 3 hours at 275 in oven
  • Servings: 8
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 8 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked (unless dish is prepared in oven, then raw)
  • 4 ounce jar chipped beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup commercial sour cream
  1. If preparing in the oven, wrap chicken breasts with bacon. If preparing in the crock pot, cook bacon until crisp and half slices. Cover bottom of greased pan or crock insert with chipped beef and arrange wrapped chicken breasts on top of the beef. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over the pieces. Bake 3 hours at 275 degrees or cook in the crock pot (3 hours on high or 6 hours on low). Serve sauce over rice.
