Choc. Glaze Mini Baked Doughnuts (lab)

- Servings: 12 doughnuts
- Preparation Time: 15-17 min
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/8 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp + 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 c all purpose four
- 1/2 c milk
DIRECTIONS
- 1) preheat oven to 425 and grease doughnut pan with cooking spray
- 2) Mixing bowl, beat butter, veg. oil, and sugars until smooth
- 3) add egg, beating to combine
- 4)stir in baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla
- 5)Stir in flour in mixture alternatively with milk (start and end with flour) making sure everything is combined (will result in thick batter)
- 6)spoon batter in in pan, filling 1/4 inch shy of rim
- 7)Bake for 10 minutes, remove and wait 5 mins before turning them out of pan
