Chocolate Éclair Cake

  • 1 box gram crackers
  • 1 tub of cool whip
  • 2 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 chocolate frosting
  1. Follow directions on box and make the instant pudding.
  2. Fold in cool whip.
  3. In a large, rectangular baking dish, layer graham crackers, pudding mixture, graham crackers, pudding, ending with a layer of graham crackers. Microwave the frosting for 1 minute and pour over the top of the cake. Spread and let chill for 1 hour.
  4. Tip: for firmness and a little less milk to the instant pudding
