Chocolate Avocado Cake

  • 1 Devil's food cake mix
  • 3 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • to that I added:
  • 6 tablespoons of mashed avocado, (creamed well).
DIRECTIONS
  1. I baked at 325 for 28 mins in 2 8 inch rounds greased.
  2. I frosted with chocolate buttercream.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I adapted a Cake Mix Dr. recipe. The cake is very moist. No weird taste or color.
