Chocolate Balls
  • 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2.25 cups of icing sugar
  • 1.5 cups of rice krispies
  • Chocolate Mix:
  • 8 ounces cooking chocolate
  • 1 ounce vegetable shortening
  1. Melt the peanut butter and butter in a pan and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll ingredients into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate, mix ingredients gently over double boiler. Roll balls into chocolate mixture and put on wire drainer. Refrigerate.
