Chocolate Butterfinger Freezer Pie

- Servings: 8 pieces 1 pie
- Graham cracker crust:
- 1 pkg cinnamon Graham crackers
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1 lg butterfinger candy bar
- melted butter just enough to dampen cracker mix so it'll press into a pie pan
- Cookie layer:
- about 10 oreos
- 1 lg butterfinger candy bar
- Other pie ingredients:
- Chocolate ice cream
- Cool whip
- Thick hot fudge ice cream topping (the one in a jar)
DIRECTIONS
- Make crust and press it into pie pan:
- Put crackers in food processor w/ candy bar and sugar and powder them
- add melted butter
- press into pie tin
- Spread about 1-2 inches softened ice cream over bottom of crust
- Make cookie layer:
- Put cookies and candy bar into food processor
- crush cookies up rough cut not powdered
- sprinkle cookie mix over ice cream layer
- Put thick layer of hot fudge ice cream topping over cookie layer
- Spread thick layer of cool whip heaping in a mound over the whole pie and put in freezer. Freeze several hours or over night
- *NOTE: Works best if you freeze each layer before adding the next layer
