Chocolate Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 T. light brown sugar
  • 3 T. cocoa
  • 1 T/ Kahlua or amaretto
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and butter; beat until well blended.
  2. Stir in sugars, cocoa, and liqueur.
  3. Stir in morsels.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Shape mixture into a ball and roll in pecans. Makes 1 cheese ball.

  7. Serve graham crackers, cookies or sliced fruit.
