Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS
  • Preparation Time: 10-15
  • 1 (8 oz.) Package Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 C Butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 C Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 C Miniature Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 C Pecans, chopped
  • Graham Crackers
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add sugars and beat until just combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball.
  6. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
  7. Just before serving, roll ball in chopped pecans.
  8. Serve with graham crackers.
