Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS
- Preparation Time: 10-15
- 1 (8 oz.) Package Cream Cheese
- 1/2 C Butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 C Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3/4 C Miniature Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 C Pecans, chopped
- Graham Crackers
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
- Gradually add sugars and beat until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball.
- Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
- Just before serving, roll ball in chopped pecans.
- Serve with graham crackers.
