Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bow, combine cream cheese and butter. Beat with an electric hand mixer, on low speed, until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add chocolate chips; stir. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Form the chilled mixture into the shape of a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refriegerate for another hour. Roll the ball in the chopped pecans. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
