Chocolate Chip Cheeseball
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
  1. In a medium bow, combine cream cheese and butter. Beat with an electric hand mixer, on low speed, until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add chocolate chips; stir. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Form the chilled mixture into the shape of a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refriegerate for another hour. Roll the ball in the chopped pecans. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
