Chocolate Chip Muffins

INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Beat egg; stir in milk and oil.
- Stir in remaining ingredients (except chips) just until flour is moistened; fold in chips.
- Fill cups ¾ full.
- Place custard cups on cookie sheet.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Custard cups: about 25 minutes
- Muffin cups: about 20 minutes
- Immediately remove from cups.
