Chocolate Chip Muffins

  • Servings: 1 dozen
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three fourths full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
