Chocolate Chip and Sour Cherry Muffins

- 150g butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2tbsp plain yoghurt
- 4tbsp milk
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 125g golden caster sugar
- 250g self-raising flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 150g chocolate chips
- 150g sour cherries
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 190C/375F and line a muffin tray with paper cases
- 2. Melt butter and combine with the beaten eggs, yoghurt, milk and vanilla extract.
- 3. In a separate bowl combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt
- 4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine, then fold in the chocolate chips and cherries
- 5. Divide the mixture between the cases and bake for 25-30 minutes
