  • Brown Sugar 1# 4 oz
  • Salt 21 grams
  • Vanilla 14 grams
  • Eggs 11 ½ oz room temperature
  • Baking Soda 16 grams
  • Pastry Flour 3# 12 oz
  • Chocolate Chips, 4000 ct 1# 8 oz
DIRECTIONS
  1. cream butter and sugars
  2. add eggs and vanilla in three parts
  3. add all dry ingredients all at one and mix until just combined
  4. add chocolate chips at the end and hand mix them in
  5. bake 350 until golden
