Chocolate Chocolate Cake

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
DIRECTIONS
- 1) Mix the first six ingredients together.
- 2) Then add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- 3) Mix well.
- 4) Add the boiling water and mix slowly.
- 5) Pour into 2 greased and floured round pans.
- 6) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 7) Let cool for about 15 minutes in the pans.
- 8) Turn them out of the pans onto cooling racks or plates.
- 9) Cool completely before frosting.
