Chocolate Cream Cheese Coconut Cake

  • 3 oz. coconut flakes
  • 3 oz. or 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • German chocolate cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter. Set
  2. aside. Mix German chocolate cake mix as per box
  3. directions; set aside. In a 9x13 pan, spread coconut
  4. flakes, then top with pecans. Pour cake mix over
  5. pecans. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake mix.
  6. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes.
