DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine almond milk and vinegar, allowing a few minutes for it to activate.
  2. Add oil, coffee, vanilla, and applesauce, beat until foamy.
  3. Mix dry ingredients separately: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
