Chocolate Eclair Cake

  • 1 box Graham Crackers
  • 2 large boxes Jello French Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 6 Cups milk
  • 1 Container Cool Whip
  • 1 Can Chocolate Frosting
DIRECTIONS
  1. Make pudding using milk, according to package directions. Allow pudding to set, then fold in the container of Cool Whip. Layer the bottom of a 9"X 11" baking dish or pan whole graham crackers. Pour 1/3 of pudding mixture on graham crackers. Make another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding, then pour another 1/3 of the pudding. Layer top with more graham crackers. then spread entire top with the frosting.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This cake is ridiculously easy, but it tastes really good. This is certainly not a fancy dish, and it is surely no trouble. But I have taken it to many reunions and church suppers, and it is all usually eaten, and many comments are made.
