Chocolate Eclair Dessert

  • 2 Packages Instant French Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1 9oz. Carton Cool Whip
  • Graham Crackers
  • FROSTING:
  • 2 Squares Baking Chocolate
  • 3 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt chocolate with margarine. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Adjust milk to proper spreading consistency. Spread over crackers sealing all edges. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
