  • About 8 ounce baking chocolate (I used Tulips)
  • 1 can 175ml Nestle cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Double boil the chocolate till melts.
  2. Add in the cream, off the heat and stir until combined.
  3. Top the cupcakes with the frosting and decorate to your like.
