Chocolate Fudge

  • 3 cups (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk Or Eagle Brand® Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • dash salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Line an 8 or 9 inch pan with wax paper or parchment paper or even aluminum foil.
  2. Stiring frequently, melt the chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt in heavy saucepan. DO NOT premit it to boil.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  4. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Remove from pan by lifting edges of the lining; peel off lining.
  6. Cut into squares.
