Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream Sandwiches

  • 1 1/2 Cups all- purpose flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Cup softened margarine
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Hazelnut spread
  • 3 Cups vanilla ice cream, softened
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, blend salt with flour, add in whipped egg, chocolate hazelnut spread and vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour. Roll into 1 1/2 inches balls and place 2 inches apart and flatten. Bake 13-15 minutes. When cooled, place a scoop of ice cream on one cookie and top with another.
