Chocolate Icing

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 box (1 pound) confectioners' sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. For Icing, melt chocolate and butter.
  2. Cool slightly; place in a small mixing bowl.
  3. Beat in vanilla, milk and sugar until smooth.
  4. Frost cooled cake.
