Chocolate Kahlúa Whipped Cream
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tbsp Kahlúa
DIRECTIONS
- Sift together cocoa and confectioners sugar. Beat cream until slightly thickened. Add Kahlúa, cocoa, and sugar. Beat until soft peaks form. (Don't over beat or it will turn into butter!) Keep refrigerated.
