Chocolate Mousse

- 1/3 block of cream cheese
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Stevia
- 1 heaping tbsp Cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Beat cream cheese on high speed in a blender until smooth and creamy
- 2.In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with wire mixer until it forms peaks
- 3.Add Stevia , cocoa powder and whipping cream to cream cheese.
- 4.Mix until smooth
- 5. Either place into the refrigerator to cool down further or place in freezer to make an “ice cream”
