Chocolate Nut Bars
  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 14 ounce can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 ouce package of chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 13x9" baking pan. Bake 8 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. In small saucepan, melt 1 cup chocolate chips with condensed milk and vanilla. Spreak chocolate mixture over prepared crust. Top with remaining 1 cup chocolate chips then nuts; press down firmly. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
