Chocolate Raisin Truffles

- Servings: 2 1/2 dozen candies
- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- Non-pareils, sprinkles, and/or ground nuts (these can be alternated)
DIRECTIONS
- In a micro-wave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips at 70% power (1-2 mins)
- Stir in corn syrup sugar, and vanilla until smooth
- Add raisins, stir until coated
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into nuts and/or sprinkles
- Drop rolled candies onto buttered baking dish
